Описание закупки

Eesti Energia AS intends to construct a Shale Gasoline Upgrading to Chemicals Plant to increase the marketability and revenue earning potential of the shale gasoline as well as to reduce environmental footprint of Enefit pyrolysis assets. The subject of the procurement contract is not related to the activities of the network sector specified in § 146-147 of the Public Procurement Act. The key objective of this procurement is to process shale gasoline to produce feedstock for chemicals production, for which the Public Procurement Act does not apply for the Contracting Entity. The competition procedure will be carried out in compliance with The Law of Obligations Act of Estonia (§ 1009-§ 1013) and other valid legal acts and requirements set out in the documents of this procurement (competition).
