Data removal and objection

All data shown on this site comes from the open data of the Estonian Business Register, published by the Centre of Registers and Information Systems at avaandmed.ariregister.rik.ee. The open data set is updated monthly and contains companies' basic data, figures from annual reports and the roles of people connected to companies (board members, owners, supervisory board members, procurators).

We do not collect or publish data from any other source or enrich it with additional information. We do not display data on beneficial owners.

Data is processed on the basis of public information from a public register and the legitimate interest in making business information available (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). For an individual's data you have the right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation (GDPR Art. 21).

If you want the data shown about you to be removed from this site or its display restricted, send an email to [email protected] and include:

• your name as it appears on the site;
• a link to the page or the person identifier the objection concerns;
• a short explanation of why displaying the data disproportionately affects your rights in your situation.

We will reply to your request within 30 days at the latest. If we remove the data from our site, it remains available in the Business Register's open data — to change it you need to contact the Business Register.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
