Frequently asked questions
How large can the list be?
From ten rows up to the entire register. For very large volumes the dataset or API may suit better.
How do you make sure name matches are correct?
Each row is marked as matched by code or by name, with a confidence level. We do not guess uncertain rows, we flag them separately.
Where does the data come from?
From the Estonian Business Register open data and the Centre of Registers and Information Systems, the Tax and Customs Board, GLEIF (LEI), the Official Gazette (Ametlikud Teadaanded) and the public procurement register. Register changes reach us daily, full annual report data monthly.
What about personal data?
For natural persons we only provide the name, role and stake as shown in the public register. We do not provide personal ID codes, dates of birth or person search in machine-readable form.
