Enefit 280-2 Turbine Unit Mechanical Balance of Plant: Vacuum unit water ring pumps manufacturing, supply
Tender description
The Contracting Entity intends to purchase vacuum unit water ring pumps manufacturing, supply for Enefit 280-2. Brief description of the procurement object is provided in the procurement basic documents. Information and procurement exercise requirements are provided in the "Part A - Instruction to Tenderers (ITT)" and "Part C - Contract Form & Schedules". The subject of the procurement contract is not related to the activities of the network sector specified in § 146-147 of the Public Procurement Act. The ultimate purpose of the contract is the production of oil, for which the Public Procurement Act does not apply for the Contracting Entity. The competition procedure will be carried out in compliance with The Law of Obligations Act of Estonia (§ 1009-§ 1013) and other valid legal acts and requirements set out in the source documents of the competition.
