Services for software modernization of the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obligees, and Reservists (Ukraine)

As part of the “EU4DigitalUA: Interoperability, e-services, cyber security" (registration card of the international technical assistance project No. 4561-11 dated 15.12.2023) a procurement is conducted to procure software modernization services for the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obligees, and Reservists. This document contains technical requirements for the procurement of services to develop an intellectual property object – the modernized software of the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obligees, and Reservists of the automated information and telecommunication system "Oberih" of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine .
