Konkurss korraldatakse Iru elektrijaama jäätmeenergiaplokis põletavate jäätmete tarneks Iru elektrijaama enampakkumisena lisas 1 toodud mahus ja lisas 2 toodud lepingu tingimustel. Konkurss korraldatakse VÕS §1009 - §1013 alusel.
