Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on plasma lõõmutus ahju ostmine vastavalt HD lisas 1 esitatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Lepingu täitmise tähtaeg on hiljemalt 8(kuud) kuud pärast hankelepingu sõlmimist.
